LOGISTICAL SUPPORT AND PROCUREMENT

On behalf of Conseil Santé S.A.’s project team, the logistics department of SOFRECO is responsible for the procurement of equipment and spare parts (when required by a project contract): this department identifies potential suppliers, prepares and analyses tender offers, takes care of delivery and customs issues, in compliance with the corresponding regulations.

The logistics department’s staff has a strong experience in projects funded by the World Bank and EuropeAid and is therefore familiar with all their procedures and regulations.

This department is also in charge of organising study tours. It deals with all practical issues (flight booking, accommodation of provision of translators, etc). In close collaboration with the Project Leader.
