Independence
Conseil Santé is an independent company from an ideological, political, religious and economic point of view. It only accepts assignments for which it is specialised and undertakes to do its utmost to accomplish the work with which it is entrusted within the deadlines and according to rules of good practise.
Conseil Santé is independent of all industrial and financial groups and all public organisations, guaranteeing its full objectivity.
Team work
Only teams composed of international experts and national experts or managers enable, with the efficient use of resources, technology and expertise transfers and their adaptation to the reality in the given country:
- The international experts bring their varied experience and transmit it with the assurance that it will be sorted, adapted and used to advantage.
- The national managers, keen to ensure efficiency, act as receivers;
- The national experts act as receiver-transmitters, forming a link with the expertise from elsewhere, adapting it, and ensuring the follow-up.
Participative approach
Unless the Client has given instructions to the contrary, no report, be it interim or final, is drafted without the beneficiaries' participation through discussions on the provisional documents, consultation workshops, and, whenever possible, joint research work.
The refusal of ready-made solutions
We never provide ready-made solutions to problems. One of our assets is the "tool box" we have built up over the years through our teams on the field, but this asset would be useless without our ability to choose the right tool at the right moment, and our expertise to use it in the best way possible.
Pragmatism
Under no circumstances do we accept to remain at the level of principles. Conseil Santé's experts propose concrete solutions that can truly be put into practise.
Quality control
Our reports must satisfy quality standards, particularly concerning the presentation and the justification of our recommendations and conclusions. This is why, except for specific cases, all reports must be validated by the Project Director before being submitted to the Client.
